Shipping Policy -

At H&Co we hand pour-to-order all of our orders. Items are shipped via Australia Post or Courier (both tracked) within 5-7 business days of your order being placed. This allows us to custom pour, carefully package and ship your order. Transit time can vary depending on your location in Australia. We offer a flat rate postage cost of $9.95 across our range, shipped within Australia. For orders over $100 postage is free. We currently do not offer international postage.

If you would prefer express shipping, please email us, with what you would like to order at and we can arrange an individual quote for you depending on your location within Australia. 

Once you have completed your order please check you have entered the correct shipping information, as we are not responsible for delivery errors due to incorrect shipping information. When your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking advice.


Please note, that whilst we will do our best to help you locate any missing parcels, we cannot accept responsibility for these once they have left our workshop.

Return & Exchange Policy -

Customer service is very important to us. Our products are carefully packaged and inspected before they are shipped. However, we will replace products that have been damaged during shipment. If you have received a product that is faulty, damaged or does not match the description provided please send us an email within 5 days to . Be sure to include your name, the order number, the reason for the return and a photo of the issue.

We understand that sometimes you may change your mind. You may exchange your product for another candle of the same size and value within 7 days of purchase. However the buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs on return items. Returned goods must be delivered to us unused, and in their original packaging, or may not be eligible for an exchange or refund

Please note - Exchanges will only be accepted on full price items. Return and replacement shipping charges are at the expense of the buyer. Please allow one week from when we receive your return, for it to be processed.
