  • Can I become a stockist?
    Contact us via email or our wholesale enquiries page, to become a wholesale partner. We are more than happy to send you our wholesale price list.
  • Will you donate products for my event?
    Because we are a small company, we are unable to donate large amounts of our products for swag bags/events. If you would like to purchase them at bulk prices, please contact us at We will occasionally donate gift sets or a single product for silent auctions for certain causes.
  • Do you offer bulk discounts for weddings, events, corporate gifts?"
    Yes, if you would like to order a minimum of 24 pieces of one style/scent. Please contact us for information on bulk orders.
  • When should I expect my order?
    Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be dispatched. We will notify you as soon as your item has been shipped, however please keep in mind that our candles are poured to order.
  • How much will postage cost?
    We offer a flat rate postage cost of $9.95 across our range. For orders over $100 postage is free.
  • Can I pick up my order?
    Unfortunately we do not offer pick up of your order.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    At this point in time we only ship within Australia.
  • What if the item/s I receive are damaged?
    If you do receive your items and they are damaged please contact us immediately at We ask that you include a photo of the damaged item/s and your order number, along with a brief description of the damage. We will be in contact with you as soon as we can.
  • What is your return policy?
    Customer service is very important to us. If you have received a product that is faulty, damaged or does not match the description provided, please send an email within 7 days to Please be sure to add your name, product purchased, order number and the reason for return. We understand that sometimes you may change your mind. You may exchange your product for another candle of the same size/style and value within 7 days of purchase. However the buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs. Returned goods must be delivered to us unused, and in their original packaging, or you may not be eligible for an exchange or refund. Please note - Exchanges will only be accepted on full price items. Return and replacement shipping charges are at the expense of the buyer. Please allow one week from when we receive your return, for it to be processed.
